Since the benefits bike, according to the Tax Agency, must be bought, leased or rented by the employer, the agreements for leasing must be written with you as the employer. As an employer, you therefore need to enter into an agreement with us and the leasing company to be able to lease bikes to your employees. In order to transfer rights and obligations to the employee, you need to have an agreement with employees who intend to take a benefit bike, which we call a user agreement. We provide a template of such an agreement that you can use in the portal, but you are also free to adapt the terms of the agreement in the portal or draw up your own agreement that regulates the conditions for the use of the benefit bike.
