Instead, you simply give your approval to employees who then choose the bike, accessories and any service packages from any dealer. They also handle the order and delivery directly with the retailer.
If there is a need to limit when employees can place orders, you can easily introduce a specific order window. You communicate this internally and then only approve Quickstarts from employees made during these selected dates.
