Delivery and pickup of a benefit bike take place either through personal pickup at a local retailer’s store or via home delivery when ordering from an online store.
Delivery methods for benefit bikes
In-store pickup (Most common): The employee picks up the benefit bike directly from the selected bike store. The bike is delivered fully assembled, adjusted to the individual, and ready for immediate use.
Home delivery: If the benefit bike is ordered through a connected online store, it is shipped to the employee’s home address or a pickup location. Some minor assembly (such as attaching the pedals and adjusting the handlebars) may be required upon delivery.
Delivery times and availability
If the bike is in stock: If the benefit bike is in the retailer’s inventory, it can be picked up or shipped as soon as the bike quote has been approved in the portal.
Special-order item: If the bike is not in stock, the retailer will contact the employee as soon as the bike has arrived and is ready for delivery or pickup.
