When you choose a benefit bike, you can choose between three different service packages depending on your needs. The more often you use your bike, the more service it needs. Keep in mind that inspections and repairs for electric bikes are usually more expensive than for regular bikes.
How the service packages work
The service packages are divided into annual budgets that you are free to use during each 12-month period (a total of three periods during the 36-month lease agreement). The budget can be used for:

- Monthly cost: SEK 55/month
- Service budget: SEK 700/year
Secure
- Monthly cost: SEK 85/month
- Service budget: SEK 1,200/year
Worry-Free
- Monthly cost: SEK 135/month
- Service budget: SEK 2,000/year
How to use the service packages
- Visit an affiliated retailer and state that you want to use your service package.
- The retailer will then register your service on your agreement using the agreement number.
- You can find the agreement number by logging in to the portal and clicking Agreements in the side menu.
