Rules regarding the choice of service package
Time of selection: The service package is selected when the retailer creates the bicycle order.
Service budget allocation: The service package is divided into three 12-month periods, with a new annual service budget allocated at the start of each new 12-month period.
If no service package is selected: If no service package has been selected in the lease agreement, the employee is responsible for booking and paying for all regular servicing according to the manufacturer's recommendations.
