By paying out less in salary, you simply cover the leasing costs that you pay monthly. The gross salary deduction also includes the calculation of employer contributions, which means that the deduction also takes into account any costs that you as an employer have on the bike benefit. However, if you as an employer want to subsidize any part of the leasing cost, it is of course also possible to set it up in our digital portal.
There are no ongoing costs or connection fees for you as an employer to use our service and the benefit bike scheme.
