In order to meet the insurance conditions in the event of theft, it is required that the employee can prove that an SSF approved lock was used and that the bike was locked to a fixed object. It is permitted to use an SSF approved frame lock + Plug-in chain provided that the leased bike costs less than SEK 40,000 and that the chain is 6 mm or thicker. For bikes over SEK 40,000, an SSF approved shackle lock, chain lock or folding lock is required, then frame Lock + Plug-in chain is not considered sufficient.
