To report a service case, you need to be logged in to our portal. After logging in, navigate to the left-hand sidebar.
1. Create the service case
Click Service cases in the menu.
Select Create service case in the upper-right corner.
Enter the Service date and the customer's Contract number.
When you enter the contract number, the customer's available service budget will automatically appear on the screen.
Select the contract and click Create service case.
2. Enter details and information
Click Edit service case to add information about the service:

Basic information:
Miles per bicycle: Enter the bicycle's current odometer reading/mileage, or estimate it if it is unavailable.
Reference number: Enter your own reference number.
Additional note: Enter any other relevant information, if applicable.

Service details (Service list)*:

Select one of the following three categories depending on which tax rate applies:
Wear parts (tax on labor)
Wear parts (tax on materials)
Service labor
Wear parts: Specify which wear parts were replaced.
Amount: Enter the amount including tax.
Add row: Click here if you need to specify additional items (for example, separate service labor and wear parts).

When you have entered all the details, click Save & continue editing.
3. Review and confirm
To complete the process, you need to review that all the information is correct:
Scroll to the bottom of the page and check the information.
If it is correct, check the Confirm service case box.
Click the Confirm service case button.
The service case is now complete and has been submitted to us at Lease a Bike.
*For "Wear parts (tax on labor)", a 12% tax rate applies. For "Wear parts (tax on materials)", a 25% tax rate applies. A 12% tax rate normally also applies to spare parts when they are provided in connection with a repair or service. You then only need to enter the "Amount (including tax)" field.
