The invitation link for inviting employees is available in the portal's main menu and is sent to employees so that they can register for the benefit bike.
How the administrator can find and share the invitation link
Default location: Log in to the portal as an administrator. The invitation link is immediately visible in the main menu.
Easy distribution: Copy the link and send it to employees via email or publish it on the company's intranet for easy access.
Managing invitation links for groups and multiple companies
If the company is a group with multiple legal entities, each individual company has a unique invitation link.
Go to Organizations: Navigate to the Organizations tab in the portal.
View organization: Click the View icon (the eye symbol) next to the relevant company.
Retrieve link: Under the Organization section, you will find the unique invitation link for the selected company.
