If your benefit bike has been stolen or damaged as a result of a crime (for example, theft, robbery, or burglary), follow these steps to report the incident:
File a police report
- Start by filing a report with the police.
- Save your complainant copy and your case number (which is listed on the complainant copy), as you will need both for your insurance claim.
Visit an affiliated retailer
- Bring the complainant copy and case number to one of our affiliated retailers.
- The retailer will then help you register the claim directly in the portal.
Processing and decision
- The claim is forwarded and processed by us and our insurance partner.
- You will receive a decision directly from the retailer as soon as the claim has been processed and approved.
