If your benefit bike has been damaged due to an accident, file an insurance claim by following these two steps:
Visit an affiliated retailer
- Visit an affiliated bicycle retailer and let them know that you want to file an insurance claim for an accident.
- Have your lease agreement number ready.
- Explain what happened and describe the damage to the bike.

The retailer will help you register the claim in the portal using your agreement number.
Note: You do not need to report the damage to your private insurance company. The claim is only filed with the retailer.
Processing and notification
- The case is then forwarded and processed by us and our insurance partner.
- You will receive a notification directly from us as soon as the claim has been processed and approved.
